Complaints Procedure
We value your opinion and offer you plenty of opportunity to feed your comments back to us. We can use your suggestions to your advantage and ours by strengthening any weaknesses and continuing to improve our organisation and products. For official complaints we have an established procedure which complies with Dutch law. We will send you a translation of this on request. However, as an expatriate it is more likely that you will want to clear up any uncertainties, misunderstandings or local difficulties, as well as feeding back your positive comments to us. If you have any comments, positive or negative, please send them in writing to: Edufax consultancy for international education, Dorpsstraat 60a, 5595 CJ Leende, The Netherlands, or by fax on: +31(0)40 206 3145 marking it for the attention of Mrs I. Donkervoort.
You can also e-mail your complaint to: complaints@edufax.eu
If your comments are in the form of a complaint the following information must be contained:
- the name and address of the person making the complaint
- the date on which the complaint was made
- the signature of the person making the complaint
- a description of the details relating to the complaint
Your complaint will be registered and an acknowledgement will be sent in writing within one week. The complaint will be investigated and you will be informed in writing of the results of this investigation. Complaints cannot be accepted for events which happened more than one year previously.
